    Vi boede på 11. etage og der var store problemer med at komme ned med elevatoren om morgenen - måtte efter 15 min. ventetid opgive og tage trappen ned.

    -I liked the lively atmosphere of having young people and families with kids around.
    -Staff is very friendly and works hard.
    -My lock was broken and well fixed within one hour.
    -Bathroom was better than many other hotels in Copenhagen, which charge more.
