    I no at the time the front end staff couldn’t do anything about a double booking we had however there seemed to have brushed it aside and said it’s a 3rd party booking.
    Since we had more time to tour Copenhagen and saw the amount of hostels I will be recommending others.
    With the national Danish Scout Jamboree happening next summer word of mouth is still a way of expressing poor service!

    Excellent emplacement, à deux pas du centre historique, vue sur la mer (avec un peu de chance), literie confortable. Petit bémol sur la salle de bain qui reste tout de même très correcte. Et tout cela avec une cuisine disponible et très bien équipée et quelques autre services dont on a pas fait l'expérience. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

    Værelset var noget slidt og ventetid på elevator har jeg aldrig oplevet lign. Ellers et rigtig fint ophold og kommer gerne igen
