Bathrooms were disgusting and had no space to set my belongings down.
Ladders on bunks clank when people turn over at night.
Nowhere to lock up my valuables! Wtf!
Got charged extra for bedding and bag storage. I don't care if it was in the fine print, this still feels like I'm being cheated, and realistically, almost nobody has baggage capacity to bring their own bedding.
When I complained about the state of the bathrooms, the staff did nothing to make it right-- I suggested that they might make the bag storage complimentary since this would cost nothing... but they said no.
Also, I had a look at the food in the buffet, and for the price the quality and variety looked shockingly poor.
I will never stay here again, and will warn friends to avoid. A pretty awful experience.
