God stemming hele vejen

This is my fifth time staying at this hostel, starting 10 years ago. Nothing much with the facilities has changed, especially the rooms. The bathroom needs deep cleaning, especially the crevices between tiles. Brooms and dustpan in the room is a bit no.

Should invest more in bathrooms, try to make it feel more cozy

After spme hours we left the room my brother realizied that he forgot the charger of his phone in the room. We to at the reception to ask if they foud it, they told us that no-one entered in the room for cleaning and we couldn't go to the room to take it. We needed to fill in a form and if they would found ot they wuold warn us and sending it to us. Why could we not just go to the room and take it?
