Friendly and helpful staff (also before arrival), excellent location, clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast. Two points of criticism:

1: the elevators are a source of frustration. There is no feedback that an elevator is actually coming in your direction, so people _will_ tap their key card repeatedly, causing inefficiency, no matter what you tell them. The feeling remains of a high-tech solution that doesn’t help in prevent long waiting times.

2: the breakfast area is extremely crowded. As a group, we were to collect our plates in a different place, but this was not clear to us. So we ended up standing in the queue with the others, wasting time and adding to the crowdedness.

Hôtel vétuste ayant besoin d'être grandement rafraîchi et trop stressant avec un système d'ascenseur affreux, avec des parties communes trop petites pour le nombre de clients. Sinon le personnel est super sympa, disponible et accueillant. l'emplacement est top.
