Window don't close correctly, noise from the street.
Very difficult to go down at 10Am, all 4 lifts are overloaded.
Breakfast is poor, coffee is very bad, not possible to drink.
Kitchen is awful, without windows. When I came in, there was man who prepared cigarettes. Not safe place.
No hand soap at toilette.
