Badeværelset trænger til en opfriskning og er lidt uhensynsmæssigt med toiletrulle holderen

I did not notice that I had to book linen and towel, that is my mistake. However, there should be some kind of fail safe that makes sure that it's not possible to book a room without ordering linen and towel for 1 bed. I arrived late at night due to coming in with the ferry and got into a room with no linen on the bed and no one in the reception to help. Furthermore, did the bathroom have empty soap dispensers and the whole room had a distinctive odour. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

I had reserved a room with you for Saturday, May 6 (Dan Hostel, Laesogade 18 in Frederikshaven (booking number: 5157445). However, on April 27, I canceled this reservation by e-mail. I became ill (corona) and could not travel.

I request a refund of the prepaid amount of DKK 495/€ 67.81.
