    Quite disappointed about this hostel, it is quite dirty and messy when we enter our room that towels and trash are on the ground , and we huv talk to the receptionist and she said not sure if cleaning is done or not and its no change after we back to hostel. I think hygiene is important for every hostel and hope that this problem can be improved

    Do not give complementary basic necessities like earplugs. It was very noisy there (as can be expected with hostels in general) But Other hostels … I stayed… given at least give complementary earplugs to help with noise control in such situations. This hostel charged for every little thing… even earplugs. I did not like that.

    The common area and the fridges are not well cleaned

    It will be good if next time there will be bed linens and towels ready in the room instead of taking them from somewhere else
