Der var rigtig mange på hotellet og der skulle bestilles tidspunkt for morgenmad. Der var alt for mange og det fungerede overhoved ikke.
Borde og stole står for tæt, så man rykkede rundt konstant når folk skulle forbi. Det gav en rigtig dårlig oplevelse pga plads mangel. Vinduet på vores værelse kunne ikke lukke. Det var tit umuligt at bruge elevatorerne pga for mange mennesker.

Coming back on 16th January from Canada. Unfortunately, the person who was at desk reception on departure date on 24th did allow my luggage to sore at the basement. It was annoying and was expensive for taxa to dislodge the luggage near Norrobor Station and paid a taxa almost 550 kr from Dan hostel via Norrobro station to Kastrup. I have been coming for almost 15 years to Dan hostel CPH the receptions of course majority know me. I don't understand why the receptionist rejected my request and incurred me a lot of money for TAXA, Customers like me should be allowed to store luggage even for more than less 1 month. I have some luggage in Istanbul my beloved hotel stored more than 6 months. May this receptionist who is always on night shift learn from Istanbul and have a bit smiling face for guests who request a polite question. I was so annoyed by his attitude. The good during my stay for 2 days there were not many young students from Jylland jumping and roaming around the hostel. I also met an old man who is always see at the hostel and could ask him what is doing as he is not saying a simple Hej to guests!!! Otherwise, I met a lot of women/men who are friendly and even we exchange numbers and chat during night. I am going to Montreal to meet a guest whom I met at the Dan hostel, and we guided and advice young people with energy and vision and shared our wisdom with young girls and boys. Keep it up the good services and cleanness even though some of the young people are throwing and spoiling my beloved Kitchen. Kudos to the cleaners from Nepal and Chana who are doing an excellent job with smile. Dan Hostel should give them incentives for the best performance for cleaners and receptionists. Looking forward to coming to Dan hostel on 16-17th January prior to my departure for Jylland. Wish the management and staff a Prosperous New Year 2025. Mike

Sengene er ikke super gode, men alt andet er godt 🤗

There was no shampoo in bathroom, that is okay but we should have informed. Moreover hair dryer and iron for rent. That is a huge shame.
