Superb Catering and Service at Danhostel Kerteminde

    Danhostel Kerteminde received ratings of 8.5 out of 10 from guests for their great meals and customer service

    Danhostel Kerteminde is situated in a green area close to a child friendly beach called The South Beach (Sydstranden).   The hostel is situated in the centre of everything; close to towns, beaches, and beautiful views.  There are 30 en-suite rooms, a total of 106 beds, wireless internet, space for families, singles, school camps, training camps, and much more.  Many guests hold parties and other festivities here, and the hostel is known for its cuisine which follows the latest trends. 

    The building which houses Danhostel Kerteminde is handicap friendly and in the yard are outdoor chess, table tennis and a large grill where guests can barbeque.  For those who would like to enjoy activities outside the hostel, tennis courts are located nearby, and a tour in the beautiful natural surroundings out to the Great Belt is recommended.

    Kerteminde is a small fishing town located on the island of Funen. With its narrow streets and charming red roof houses, the town is the home of Fjord&Bælt, a major tourist attraction and research institution for fish and porpoises.  The Viking Museum Ladyby is also located in Kerteminde. Danhostel Kerteminde is only ten minutes away from the town centre, the picturesque harbour and the sandy beach. While in Kerteminde, visit Johannes Larsen’s Museum and the fish restaurant, Rudolf Mathis.

    Danhostel Kerteminde is open all year and is usually fully booked during the busy season, so book well in advance.   You will receive personal assistance and a high level of service in a relaxed atmosphere.
