5 days, 4 nights' Cycle Tour in South Jutland
Als – Tour of Alssund – Sønderborg – Dybbøl and its History Centre – Broagerland – Gråsten - Gendarmstien Trail - Flensburg Fjord.
2 nights at Danhostel Sønderborg-Vollerup and 2 nights at Danhostel Flensborg Fjord.
Day 1. Arrival at Danhostel Sønderborg-Vollerup. Tour Sønderborg town.
Day 2. Cycle tour begins. Visit Alssund. The tour continues in Augustenborg which has a castle and park. Cross over the island to Fynshav on the East Coast. Go through Nørre Forest to Nordborg. Stop at Universe Park. Proceed to Hardeshøj via ferry over to Ballebro on the Jutland side. The last stage (etape) is from Ballebro to Sønderborg.
Total cycle time: About 65 km.
Day 3. Sønderborg Slot, and Dybbøl and History Centre Broagerland with Katrinesminde. Afterwards, cycle to Danhostel Flensborg Fjord in Rinkenæs.
Day 4. Gråsten area and Gendarm Trail
Day 5. Check out/Departure: A possible trip to Flensburg (remember your passport).
