Danhostel Sønderborg-Vollerup anmeldelser

Dear Danhostel,

due to an unforunate event, i had to cancel the room i booked last week. I get, that it was on extremely short notice and i didnt expect to see any of my money back. What i dont get however, is what happened to the rest ? No one got a lunchpak, no one used a bedsheet or a towel, no one had to clean the room or got lunch. My problem here ist, that those arrangements combined were more expensive than the bloody room and dont give me any of that menu pre planing shananigans bs. Its a buffet. Its not hard.

I've had this on other occasions and am tired of it. In case no one noticed, but its awfully expensive these days, wich is exactly why we choose to try this as a family. Im dissapointed.

Der var pænt og rent i hytten vi boede i. Rigtig god service og imødekommenhed fra personalet - skade, som vi gjorde opmærksom på, blev udbedret straks.
Hytten var helt klart af ældre dato, og kunne godt trænge til en modernisering, og brombærkrattet bag hytten var så tæt op mod hytten, at vinduet i soverummet ikke kunne åbnes..
Men alt i alt så opvejede personalets service de fysiske ulemper. 😊😊
