Dear Guest We are sorry that you feel that you had an unfortunate stay at our hostel. We sent you an email in which we described the unfortunate incident with a power failure in the city, which meant that we did not have hot water in the morning. Also that we do not offer breakfast in the low season, which is why it is not possible to purchase this online when booking. Despite the lesser review, we would like to thank you for taking the time to send your rating.
