Stay in cosy and exclusive cabins in beautiful surroundings. The lake, forest, town centre and sporting facilities are all just around the corner.
Our six cabins are located next to Maribo sport complex – overlooking the newly renovated Maribo athletic stadium. Danhostel Maribo is perfectly situated close to the town centre and a short walk from the lake and forest; it is only a ten-minute drive from exit 47 and 48 on motorway E47.

Maribo sport complex consist of two sports halls, a public swimming pool, a sports cafe, conference rooms and a fitness centre. Maribo sport complex is an active and multifunctional arena with a broad range of activities. The fitness centre and the public swimming pool can be used free of charge during normal business hours.
Maribo Nature Park is home to the 8th largest lake in Denmark – and whether you like walking, biking or fishing, horse riding, canoeing or kayaking, you will find it here. You can rent a bike at Danhostel Maribo to explore the varied and beautiful landscape, or you can take a tour with the local tour boat Anemonen to visit the small islands and experience the unique nature from the water.

Maribo has 6,000 inhabitants and an exciting and historical centre with a 600-year-old church as the town’s landmark. The town has an active commercial life with the town square as the central meeting place.

The cabins
The six cabins are all similarly decorated; each has up to six beds – 4 bunk beds and 1 sofa bed. All cabins are disabled-friendly with plenty of space and a large bathroom with a toilet and a shower cabinet.

All cabins have underfloor heating, a kitchenette and a TV. Smoking is not permitted in the cabins and pets are not allowed.
The system of paths between the cabins is paved and wide, and therefore easily accessible for wheelchairs.

We have a 90-m2 house with shared facilities, which can be used by our guests. You will find a shared room with a large kitchen and toilet facilities.
The cabins are equipped with duvets and pillows. Bed linen must be used – you can bring your own or rent it from Danhotel Maribo. You will find it in the bedrollers under one of the bunk beds.

Maribo sport complex has 600-800 daily users and a very service-minded staff with a lot of experience organizing training camps and large events with as much as 1,500 people.
