Let Sankt Helene/Danhostel Tisvildeleje create the best framework for your next event. Whether you are planning a wedding party, birthday, confirmation, brunch or reception, we at Sankt Helene have a wealth of experience and have ideas about everything from table settings, menus, wine packages, accommodation and much more. You will enjoy an event where we think of everything. We have several different event rooms and can accommodate up to 150 people in the largest room. We have 80 rooms with private bathrooms, so you and your guests can be easily and conveniently accommodated in rooms or apartments.

OUR EVENT ROOMS:

PEJSESTUEN (LIVING ROOM WITH FIREPLACE)

Our living room with a fireplace is a favourite of many of our guests. This room is located on the old farm, Vieholmgård. Welcome drinks are served in the courtyard. There are low ceilings and views of our animal enclosure. There is a path to the animal enclosure, so if there are children in your party, they will be happy to play outside. There is no traffic in that area.

Fact: The room is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 50 people.

GALLERIET (THE GALLERY)

If your party comprises 20-40 people, the Gallery is the best venue for your event.  It is centrally located with easy access through the gate to Sankt Helene.  There is access to a small, private terrace where welcome drinks can be served. This event room is named ‘The Gallery’ because it is occasionally used for exhibition of works by local artists.

Fact: The Gallery is 64 sqm and can accommodate up to 40 people.

Rectangular table, U-table and standard setup, all with room for 20-40 people

 

DEN STORE SAL (THE GREAT HALL)

When your party requires a large area due to the number of guests, we recommend Centersal 1 – The Great Hall. The room has a glass facade to the west and large windows in the ceiling, which create a unique atmosphere. The entrance and cloakroom are in the foyer, which is common to all guests who have events in the Centre building. The Great Hall can also be divided into two If the assembly does not fill the entire room, we suggest separating the room into two with a partition. Thus, it is possible to serve welcome drink on one side of the room or set the table to serve coffee while the party is in full swing.

Fact: The Great Hall is 210 sqm and can accommodate up to 150 people.

THE LILLE SAL (THE SMALL HALL)

Sankt Helene’s newest event room is also in the centre building and is commonly called Centersal 2 or The Small Hall. This is a bright room with a glass facade with access to a small terrace where welcome drinks can be served if the weather permits. Otherwise, the welcome drinks are served in the foyer where there is always an art exhibition, as well as a wardrobe and rest rooms. The foyer is a shared area if there are other guests in the centre building.

Fact: 140 sqm and up to 80 people.
