Danhostel Vordingborg events

Danhostel Vordingborg in association with TAMU-Centre Vordingborg would like to arrange your next event with or without catering. 

Danhostel Vordingborg, known as Denmark’s culture capital, is situated in peaceful surroundings on a 36,000 m2 site with trails and lakes.  We are part of the Svend Heinild Centre which hosts lectures, plus theatrical and musical performances.  We are experienced in planning special occasions and would be happy to plan any event you have in mind. We have 2 large halls with room for 140 and 240 guests. Whether your event is a wedding, anniversary, brunch, Christmas party, a memorial commemoration or any other, we will work with you to arrange an event according to your wishes.  Our package normally includes meals, but if you prefer to order meals for the event from another location, you are welcome to do so.

If all or some of your guests would like to stay with us during your celebration, we have 20 comfortable rooms, all with private bathrooms and our amenities include free Wi-Fi, free parking, a TV lounge, laundry facilities, and two well-equipped guest kitchens.  Outside, we provide petanque courts, basketball and a beautiful garden with lake views.  We have a canteen, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.  A grocery store is close by. The bus and train stops are only 15 minutes on foot from our Danhostel.
