If you need a venue for a bachelor party or any other event, we have room for you.  If you need accommodation for your family, MTB club, golf partners, students, or friends, Danhostel Kjellerup is the place for you. We have 6 self-contained cabins with up to 6 beds ready and waiting for you.

There are good opportunities for your group if you need an active holiday. Spend time on MTB tracks, fish in the put and take lakes, play a round of golf in Tange or swim at the town centre. In Arena Park, which is just outside our cabins, you can enjoy beach handball and volleyball, petanque, tennis, obstacle courses and basketball. There are also soccer fields, pitches with artificial turf and a sports facility. Book time at the nearby shooting range, take advantage of our free fitness centre, and walk, run or bike on Krabbes Grønne Ring, a 14-km path around the town. Order your firewood the day before and make bonfires so you can roast marshmallows, etc. Enjoy the ultimate outdoor experience when you set up a few tents or use our two shelters - if they are vacant.  If you come by car or bus, we offer free parking. We are only 16 km from Silkeborg and 10 km from the Herning motorway.

Meals

Arena Midt which is just outside your cabin doors prepares healthy and delicious food so book meals in advance or use the kitchen in your cabins.
